Military IT networks are critical to US National Security. It isn't easy to connect to a network nor should it be, even though it can be frustrating for service members and vendors. We've developed a solution that can operate non-network with a workflow that enables simple reconciliation with required asset tracking software. If cloud connection is desired, we can do that too.

Tools are most commonly lost on the flight line. Yet most tool control technologies are focused on the tool room and require an infrastructure overhaul. We've developed a kit that can, in real time, perform inventory on your existing toolbox without disrupting your workflow.
The Auto-Inventory Kit is made to fit and adapt to the toolbox you're already using. The suite of sensors developed for this product meets the most challenging form factors, including rolling plastic toolcases commonly used by maintainers.
RETROFIT
Sometimes more information isn't better. The Auto-Inventory Kit is intended to rapidly inform a Maintainer, Expeditor or Crew Chief the inventory status of drawers in a case. If the tools are there, green light. If a tool is outside of the case, then it's red. This quick information let's the user know whether they can move on.

A maintenance unit creates and collects a lot of data, from technical orders to historic transactions. EquipAssist puts that data to use with predictive tool provisioning. This AI-driven software utilizes this information to generate recommended equipment, parts and tools for tailored to each maintainer based on their task, weather conditions, and other relevant factors. This not only reduces work for the support counter, but makes the onesie-twosie counter runs go away.
EQUIP ASSIST
Harnessing the power of computer vision, ToolSight provides rapid, accurate, verifiable inventory throughout the maintainers' day. With a quick snap of each drawer the software catalogs the items inside and identifies missing tools. Users can identify broken or unserviceable tools to notify the support counter.
